Zoë Chicco creates versatile, classic pieces of jewelry for women. Delicate and modern, sexy but elegant, her everyday pieces are significant enough to be worn alone but delicate enough to wear layered together.

The Objective.

Since 2000 Zoë Chicco has been successful at selling its bespoke jewelry in high-end retail stores such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom's, and Bloomingdale's.


However, sales through their flagship e-commerce store were not where they wanted them to be. In late 2019 the Huemor team was brought on to assess the state of their current Shopify website and help them strategically increase direct-to-consumer sales.

Unique Problems to Solve.

Highlighting intricate product details.

Zoë Chicco's differentiator is in the fine details of their product. We had to design the site to use both lifestyle imagery and product imagery in a way where the product details weren't overlooked.

Ready made vs made to order products.

Zoë Chicco offers both ready to order and customizable jewelry options. We had to make it obvious both were available, the distinction between the two, and come up with a more effective way of customizing jewelry on the website.
